Hello. If you've found your way onto this page, hopefully it's because you've been reading the stories Notice produced and you wanted know a bit about the people behind the publications. My story is pretty simple. In my 20s, I was a budding photographer who got sidetracked -- in the best way possible -- into the crazy world of web design. With a really stellar crew, I learned about graphic design, coding and animation. Before long I was managing projects and working with clients from across the globe. Then the sh*t hit the fan and my first business ran out of gas. The dot com bubble burst and I was out looking for my next gig. I did a two year gig with a really great group of software engineers, but felt the entrepreneurial urge. Before long I was out building my second business. As a marketing consultant, I was up to my eyeballs in branding and advertising for the next seven years. In my mid 30s I decided that I needed a change of scenery and signed up to journalism school. Half way through the program, me and Brett Luft pieced together a beta concept for Notice and we've been tinkering with it ever since.
